Methods of Payment

We accept government credit cards, purchase orders, letters of agreement, and electronic fund transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received no later than 30 days prior to the start of your purchased course. Cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the course will be subject to payment in full, and you or your agency will be billed.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling must be accomplished no later than 30 days prior to the start of your purchased course.

Discounts

Discounts of 1% to 3% may be available, based on the number of courses purchased and order lead time. Courses purchased with very short lead times may incur additional fees.

Set-up Requirements

Customer to provide a training room, LCD projector, screen, 2 chart stands with paper, and a podium or table. A microphone may be required with groups of 45 or more.
