MLH Training, Inc. is a verified service disabled veteran owned small training business with special expertise in federal, military, and veterans group benefits and is dedicated exclusively to retirement planning for the federal employee. Our goal is to educate federal personnel and their families about the various choices involved in retirement planning so that they may make informed decisions, which will enable them to meet their retirement objectives. Our instructors and consultants are specialists. Each and every one is a licensed, credentialed expert in his or her field. And, most are retired annuitants, federal retiree spouses, veterans, or service disabled veterans themselves. In other words, they share the same retirement benefits as the federal audience they serve.

History

In July 2004, Julianne Howard Government Seminars (JHGS) merged with MLH Training, Inc. Prior to the merge, JHGS provided specialized benefit training for federal employees under direct federal contracts and was awarded GSA Contract GS-02F-0197S (SCHEDULE 69). JHGS was successful in landing federal contracts with both the US Navy and the US EPA. While presiding over JHGS, Julianne Howard developed and maintained valuable business relationships with numerous federal agency training and small business liaison offices. Many of her associates in these offices, once aware of her exceptional knowledge of the federal benefit programs and her excellent presentation skills, recommended that she expand her services to include comprehensive pre-retirement training. She followed their advice, merging with MLH Training, Inc. in July 2004. Today, she serves as MLH Training, Inc.’s primary instructor.
